QUEST:  GL and Barrel deals with some unholy bureaucracy in Capital City. Start by talking to Barrel in the Inn, after finishing CH6 'Northcrown'.

Added 'risky' option for Gobelyne's repeated scenes, was missing previously

Added Ch6 to Chapter Select, useful e.g. if you wanna skip to Barrel's most recent quest, which takes place after ch6.
