New look for the world map

Upgraded NW.js which should improve performance and possibly help with animation playback. It is 0.49.2 atm, but I'm experimenting a bit with how high I can go, while still retaining compatibility with the plugins that the game relies on. It is possible you might get some kind of error message about the NW.js profile or whatever, but it does not affect anything and can be ignored.

Please let me know if there are any issues with animation playback in with this new version! Also if the sound level is good or not.

Improved: Quest journal, etc, buttons should now auto-hide during animations

Inventory item limit. Currently 110. Will adjust based on player complaints. I'm working on adding a stash.

Looted weapons and armors will have slightly randomized stats.

Light effect plugin update. Might break old saves.

Further Item/Skill balancing and in some case item re-making. Even if the gameplay is secondary to working on progressing the story, it's still worth working towards making it a bit sexier. Maybe even in the literal sense.

I've started to sort out a more solid set up for quests and interactions. And I am sorry, but this means there is a 94.2% chance of your save being fucked, in addition the light update. But this has to be done at some point, and at least there's a chapter select system now.

My  "in-house coder" fixed the multiple pregnancy tracker issue, multiple parallel trackers should now work properly (probably)

Stopped certain plants complaining about people entering their swamp. 1. the plants are not even in a Swamp 2.they're not supposed to talk

Added a small wait command, 30 frames (not 30 seconds) or so, before the journal opens/closes to prevent a potential freezing issue if you click it too fast

Fixed a small tracking bug

Fixed a placeholder face popping up in the wrong spot.

Fixed a lot of descriptions of romance cards that were wrong

I'm working on an android version. It's a bit tricky when you got 0 experience with mobile stuff, and android updates faster than the tutorials I'm following, but I'll figure it out eventually. At the moment I've gotten the game to work on android, as an apk, but saving is broken, so we'll see how that goes. Until then Joiplay should still be an option for android play.

Still working on the next main quest 🙂 It will take a while longer. New goblins, new tileset, new locations, new quests etc, it all takes time

And I'll be quite busy with irl stuff in May

The very basic pregnancy stuff is almost done now. Just Gobelle/Gobelyne left. Step two will be to polish and add new features and art.

A lot of the mapping for the next Main quest is done, so I'm starting to focus on dialogue and events now!

As I said before, I bought a new tileset for the game, which will look a bit more unique than the current mix of default rpgm stuff and random assets. I also said it might take a while to switch out the tilesets, but that might actually happen a bit sooner than expected. It ended up being easier than I thought. Though, still needs a bunch of finetuning to avoid the player clipping through tables and stuff.

This is a bit of transient period in the devlopment, so old saves might cause issues.

Bugs:
- Have to rename "Game.exe.exe" to "Game.exe".
- Also have to turn off lighting because the game instantly crashes with it on.
